A view of Haweswater

This is a sister site to www.fellscape.co.uk which describes 20 walks and more in the Forest of Bowland and Pendle areas of North Lancashire.

The theme of both sites is to offer enjoyable circular country walks with a country pub in each as a possible objective.

The present site aims to extend the 'fellscape site' with a selection of walks which the author has enjoyed over the years.
A photo album has been included on most walks to provide an idea of the landscape and features encountered.
This project is ongoing with more walks to follow.
Latest: a Satellite Image of the area around each walk is available as a pop-up; the definition of these has been upgraded of late.
